We are proud to announce this year's recipient of the 2009 Tammy Mitchell Hines Integrity...And a Smile Scholarship.  Kara Gerstenecker is a graduate of Columbia High School and will be attending Ball State University in Indiana.  Kara will be majoring in Public Relations as well as Spanish.  We wish Kara the best with her college career and her future!
