"As the overall team leader, I spearhead the management, marketing efforts & financial operations of the company. My major emphasis is listing property, working with Sellers and referral clients, negotiating contracts and coaching our team members. It is my goal to ensure that the synergy of the team remains cohesive, efficient, exciting and fun."
Tammy primarily works with the sellers (she does all of the Team's listings). She also works closely with each member of the Team to ensure that we meet and exceed our client’s expectations. Loyalty, confidence and client satisfaction are highly important to her, so you can be sure that your Real Estate experience is a pleasant one.
Graduating from Webster University with a bachelor degree in Media Communications, Tammy began her Real Estate career in 1996. Her credentials and awards include 1996 Rookie of the Year, Top Individual Producer for the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois for 2003, 2004, 2005. In 2006 and 2007 she was the leader of the #1 Team located in Monroe County. She was also chosen as 1 of 30 agents under 30 across the nation by The National Association of Realtors, and designations of excellence include her ABR, GRI, CRS, ASP and Broker’s license. Tammy recently completed her Accredited Staging Professional designation, which has taught her how to stage homes to give a more inviting feel to any buyer.
Tammy and her husband of over 11 years, Darren, have one son named Brayden. In her free time, she enjoys walking, boating and sharing good times with her family and friends. Her life’s experiences in and out of real estate help turn any situation from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Tammy is also involved in numerous civic organizations and is most proud of her “Integrity and A Smile” yearly scholarship program that gives $1,000 each year to one area high school student to use toward a college of their choice.

Sherrie has been with the team since 2001 and provides overall office support while establishing a central connection to each of our Team Members. Sherrie’s primary responsibility is to manage and track each pending transaction to ensure it closes on time with our clients experiencing as little hassle as possible.
